FORR exists to increase awareness and to affect positive change around race-related issues. We see changes happening within individuals, between individuals, and within institutions across Frankfort and Franklin County.



Over the past five years, we’ve accomplished our mission by creating spaces for open, honest, face-to-face conversations about race.

We are committed to remaining non-radical and non-partisan so that healthy conversations can occur at all levels in our community. You’ll find us across Frankfort listening to teachers, city and county officials, law enforcement officers and leaders, community organizers, business owners, pastors, and historians.
